The Naka Shrine is where Uchiha secrets are kept and conspiracies are born. The stone tablet beneath it reveals different information depending on the viewer's eye power — Sharingan shows one message, Mangekyo another, Rinnegan the full truth. Madara read it with the Rinnegan and learned about the Infinite Tsukuyomi. The Uchiha clan held their coup planning meetings in this underground space before the massacre.
