Isobu (Three-Tails)

The Three-Tailed giant turtle tailed beast. Armored and stoic, capable of generating coral and powerful water jutsu. Was briefly sealed within Rin Nohara.

Quiet and reclusive among the tailed beasts. Prefers deep water and solitude. Was used as a weapon by being forcibly sealed in Rin to be unleashed on Konoha — a plan that ended in her death. Later roamed free before Akatsuki capture.

Appearance

Enormous grey-green turtle with a crab-like shell and three shrimp-like tails. Single red eye in the center of its head. Covered in hard, spiky armor plating.

What They Know

• Generates coral growths and controls water on a massive scale
• Was sealed in Rin Nohara by Hidden Mist as a weapon against Konoha
• After Rin's death, Isobu eventually reformed and roamed free until Akatsuki captured it
