Hosu City

Location from My Hero Academia by Kohei Horikoshi

A major Japanese city where the Hero Killer Stain waged his campaign against false heroes. The site of Deku, Iida, and Todoroki's illegal fight against Stain in a back alley, and a simultaneous Nomu attack that engulfed the city in chaos.

Hosu is defined by one night of violence. The Hero Killer Stain had been paralyzing heroes in the city's alleys when Iida tracked him down seeking revenge for his brother Ingenium. Deku and Todoroki arrived to help, fighting an illegal battle in a cramped alley. Simultaneously, the League released Nomu across the city as a distraction. The aftermath changed everything — Stain's ideology went viral, and the three students had to keep their involvement secret.

Appearance

A dense urban center with narrow back alleys between tall buildings, elevated highways, and neon-lit commercial districts. At night the alleyways become shadowed corridors. During Stain's attack, fires from Nomu rampaged through the streets while heroes scrambled across rooftops.
