The Paranormal Liberation Front's mountain headquarters where over 100,000 members gathered. A sprawling villa complex that served as the target of the heroes' second front during the Paranormal Liberation War.
Gunga Mountain Villa was where the PLF concentrated its overwhelming numbers. The heroes' assault required careful planning — Hawks spent months undercover as a double agent to provide intelligence on the layout and leadership positions. The battle here was chaos on a massive scale, heroes against an army of empowered radicals. Twice's death at Hawks' hands here became one of the war's most morally complex moments.
A massive resort-like villa complex nestled into a mountainside, with multiple large buildings connected by walkways and courtyards. Conference halls, barracks-style housing, and communication centers spread across the mountain terrain. The surrounding forest provides natural concealment for the facility's true scale.
