Item from My Hero Academia by Kohei Horikoshi
Bakugo's signature hero costume equipment — oversized bracer-shaped gauntlets that collect and store his nitroglycerin sweat over time. A pin-pull mechanism releases the stored sweat in a massive directed explosion far exceeding his normal output.
The grenade gauntlets solve Bakugo's biggest limitation — his explosions scale with how much sweat his palms produce, which has a natural ceiling. The gauntlets passively collect sweat during combat, then release it all at once for a single devastating blast. The first time Bakugo used one during the battle trial against Deku, it nearly leveled the building and horrified All Might. They represent Bakugo's approach to heroism — overwhelming force, no subtlety, and a willingness to go beyond safe limits.
Large, bulky forearm bracers shaped like grenades, with a dark green and orange color scheme matching Bakugo's costume. Each gauntlet has a prominent pull-pin on top. The design is aggressive and military-inspired, reflecting Bakugo's combat-first personality.
