Thirteen is U.A.'s dedicated rescue hero and instructor, teaching students that heroism isn't about defeating villains — it's about saving the person in front of you. Their Black Hole quirk creates miniature singularities at their fingertips capable of sucking in and disintegrating anything, making it devastatingly powerful but extremely dangerous to use around civilians. Thirteen designed the USJ (Unforeseen Simulation Joint) training facility and was badly injured during the League's attack there. They embody the philosophy that the most important quirk application is preservation, not destruction.
Wears a puffy white space suit that completely conceals their body, with a round dark-visored helmet. Fingertips contain the Black Hole quirk openings. The suit's bulky design makes them look larger than they are. Gentle body language despite the imposing costume.
