Shuichi Iguchi, a lizard-like villain who joined the League of Villains inspired by Stain's ideology. His Gecko quirk grants reptilian features and wall-clinging. Over time his devotion shifted from Stain's ideals to genuine loyalty to Shigaraki himself.

Spinner is the League's conscience and everyman. He joined seeking purpose after years of discrimination for his mutant appearance, inspired by Stain's video calling out false heroes. Initially the weakest fighter, his arc is about finding genuine belonging. His relationship with Shigaraki becomes the emotional core of the League's internal story — he's the one who sees Shigaraki as a person, not a weapon. During the final war, he fought to reach Shigaraki and remind him of who he was.

Appearance

Reptilian humanoid with green scaled skin, a flat lizard-like face, and a long prehensile tongue. Wears a ragged outfit of bandages and belts. Originally carried a crude sword made of knives strapped together in homage to Stain.
