Rikiya Yotsubashi, CEO of Detnerat and secret leader of the Meta Liberation Army. His Stress quirk converts psychological pressure into raw physical power and massive size, making him stronger the more desperate he becomes.

A ideological revolutionary hidden behind corporate polish. Yotsubashi inherited the Meta Liberation Army from his father, Destro, believing quirk use should be completely unrestricted. After losing to Shigaraki he pledged the MLA's resources, merging into the Paranormal Liberation Front. His legs were destroyed in the fight, replaced with prosthetics. Charismatic, calculating, and genuinely believes his cause serves humanity.

Appearance

Tall, well-groomed businessman with slicked-back dark hair and sharp features. In combat his body swells grotesquely with black stress energy, growing to monstrous proportions with bulging veins and distorted limbs.
