Muscular is pure violence without philosophy. Unlike villains who fight for ideology or revenge, he simply enjoys killing. He murdered Water Hose — the pro hero couple who were Kota's parents — for the sheer thrill. Recruited into the League's Vanguard Action Squad for the summer camp raid, where his fight with Deku became one of the series' most desperate early battles. Later escaped Tartarus during the prison break.
Bulky, wild-eyed man with a prosthetic eye and unkempt brown hair. When his quirk activates, dark red muscle fibers erupt from his body in writhing coils, engulfing his frame in a grotesque mass of sinew.
