Mirio's power required insane mastery — Permeation originally made him sink through the ground, lose his senses, and suffocate. He trained until it became instinctive. When Overhaul threatened Eri, Mirio fought quirkless for minutes, taking bullets meant to destroy quirks permanently. He lost everything and kept smiling. Eri eventually restored his quirk, but the sacrifice defined him long before the restoration.
Tall and muscular with a round face, blue eyes, and short blond hair. Perpetually grinning. Hero costume is specially designed to phase with him — simple bodysuit with a white cape and a million-watt smile.
