Lady Nagant embodies the hero system's darkest secret. The Hero Commission used her as a black-ops assassin, ordering her to quietly eliminate threats to maintain society's faith in heroes. Years of sanctioned killing broke her — she murdered her handler and was locked in Tartarus. All For One freed her and granted an Air Walk quirk, sending her to capture Deku. But Deku's genuine sincerity and refusal to give up reached her, and she turned against All For One — who detonated a failsafe quirk inside her as punishment.

Appearance

Tall woman with long dark purple hair and sharp, weary eyes. Her right arm can restructure into an organic rifle barrel, using her hair as ammunition. Wears a dark bodysuit with light armor plating. Carries herself with military precision.
