High-End represents the terrifying evolution of the Nomu program. Unlike the mindless shock-troops, Hood retained enough of his original personality to desire battle and make tactical decisions. His fight against Endeavor on the Sky Egg rooftop was broadcast nationwide and became a defining moment — Endeavor's desperate victory, screaming Plus Ultra with half his face burned off, established him as the new Symbol of Peace. Hood's existence proved the Nomu program could produce thinking weapons.

Appearance

A nightmarish humanoid with an exposed brain, eyeless face split by a massive toothy grin, and dark muscular body. Multiple quirks cause his form to shift — extra arms, wings of dark tendrils, and regenerating flesh that writhes constantly.
