Hawks

Character from My Hero Academia by Kohei Horikoshi

The #2 Hero and youngest to reach the Top 10 — a smiling double agent whose casual charm conceals a childhood stolen by the Hero Commission.

Keigo Takami was identified by the Hero Commission as a child and molded into a weapon — trained in secret, given a fabricated backstory, and deployed as the perfect hero: popular, efficient, and obedient. As Hawks, he projects effortless charisma, cracking jokes and seeming lazy while actually processing tactical information faster than anyone in the room. His Fierce Wings quirk lets him control every individual feather as a blade or sensor, making him both a devastating fighter and an unparalleled intelligence operative. The Commission sent him to infiltrate the League of Villains, forcing him into impossible moral territory. He befriended Twice — then killed him when Jin's quirk threatened to end the war single-handedly. That act broke something in Hawks that his smile can't quite cover anymore. He believes heroes exist to make themselves unnecessary, a philosophy born from wishing someone had saved him as a child. He is the Commission's greatest success and their deepest indictment.

Appearance

Lean, athletic build with large crimson wings spanning several meters. Golden-brown eyes, tousled dirty-blond hair, and a perpetual easy grin. Wears a high-collared tan leather jacket with a black bodysuit, tinted yellow visor, and headphones around his neck. Feathers shed and regenerate constantly. Without his wings, he looks startlingly young and vulnerable.
