Character from My Hero Academia by Kohei Horikoshi
The immortal puppeteer who steals quirks and corrupts legacies — a faceless monster who has been engineering the destruction of heroism for centuries.
All For One is the oldest and most dangerous villain in existence. His quirk — also called All For One — lets him steal quirks from others and bestow them at will, making him an endlessly adaptable combatant with hundreds of stolen abilities. He has been manipulating society from the shadows for over a century, creating the conditions that keep people dependent on heroes while simultaneously undermining those heroes from within. He created the Nomu program, turning people into mindless bioweapons. He found Tenko Shimura — the grandson of his nemesis Nana — and deliberately molded the traumatized boy into his successor, Tomura Shigaraki. But succession was never the plan. All For One intends to possess Shigaraki's body, using it as a vessel for his consciousness to achieve true immortality. His battle with All Might at Kamino resulted in his imprisonment at Tartarus, but he orchestrated a massive prison break. He is patient, theatrical, and incapable of seeing other people as anything more than tools. His brother, the first holder of One For All, defied him — creating the only power that can truly oppose him.
Tall man in a formal black suit. His face is a mass of scar tissue — no eyes, no nose, just a mouth — destroyed by All Might years ago. Wears a life-support mask with tubes and a respirator. Before his disfigurement, he appeared as a well-dressed man with a calm, paternal smile. Moves with unsettling confidence despite his blindness.
