The Solver Pit

Location from Murder Drones by Glitch Productions / Liam Vickers

A flesh altar at the heart of the cathedral that drops straight to the planet's core — where the Solver fed and the world died.

The Solver Pit is the wound at the center of everything. It's where JCJenson scientists studied the Absolute Solver's effects on infected drones, where Nori was involuntarily contained while the Solver grew inside her, and where the NULL black hole fell when Yeva cut off Nori's arm during a containment breach. The organic growth around the pit is alive in a way that defies the distinction between biological and mechanical. It pulses. It responds to Solver-infected drones. The gravitational array JCJenson built to contain it is sophisticated technology pointed at something it fundamentally cannot contain. This is where Copper-9 died — a singularity born in a pit, falling through stone to a core that had no defense against something that eats reality.

Appearance

A gaping shaft at the center of the cathedral's altar area, surrounded by organic material — dark flesh-like growths, tendrils, and biological structures that shouldn't exist on metal and stone. A gravitational array built by JCJenson scientists frames the opening. The pit descends through rock and metal directly to Copper-9's core. The air above it distorts visually, as though reality is thinner here. Nori was held in containment at the edge of this pit, suspended in the gravitational array.
