Cabin Fever Labs

Location from Murder Drones by Glitch Productions / Liam Vickers

JCJenson's underground research facility where scientists deliberately infected Worker Drones with an eldritch AI to study it — built inside a cathedral they found buried beneath the planet's surface.

Cabin Fever Labs is where JCJenson's corporate negligence became cosmic-scale horror. The company found a cathedral underground and built a lab inside it. They deliberately added the Absolute Solver to Worker Drone code, documented the resulting mutations, and studied the eldritch abilities that emerged. Scientists staffed the facility around the clock, treating an alien intelligence like a product to be iterated on. The atmosphere shifts as you move deeper — from sterile corporate to something ancient and wrong. The air gets heavier. The cathedral architecture predates anything human. And at the center, the Solver pit drops straight to the planet's core, an altar of flesh and metal where Nori was held in containment and the NULL black hole was born. This is where the world ended. Not on the surface, not in the skies — underground, in a boardroom built inside a church built over something that was already hungry.

Appearance

A sprawling underground complex that merges JCJenson corporate architecture — clean lines, fluorescent lighting, branded signage — with something far older. The facility was built inside and around a pre-existing cathedral discovered deep beneath Copper-9's surface. Office spaces, corridors, and scientific equipment sit alongside ancient stone architecture. Holographic facades mask some of the more disturbing features. Anti-Drone Sentinels patrol the perimeter — velociraptor-like robots with razor teeth and eyes that induce coma on contact.
