A homemade electromagnetic weapon cobbled from spare parts and spite — fires a neon-green beam that obliterates anything it hits, then needs thirty minutes to think about what it did.
Uzi calls it a 'magnetically amplified photon converger.' Everyone else calls it a railgun, and everyone else is less technically precise but more concise. It fires a beam powerful enough to blow limbs off Disassembly Drones and obliterate structures, but the thirty-minute cooldown between shots makes it a one-chance weapon in combat. The gun is the physical manifestation of Uzi's worldview: the Workers should be fighting, not hiding. She built it alone, in her room, using her own blueprints and scavenged parts, because nobody else in Outpost 3 would. It's brilliant, impractical, and furious — like its creator.
Based on a Heckler & Koch SL-8 rifle frame, heavily modified with scavenged parts and Uzi's custom engineering. Bulky and jury-rigged, with exposed wiring and a power core that glows green when charged. The barrel extends longer than the base weapon, housing the magnetic amplification array. When fired, it produces a massive neon-green beam that illuminates the surrounding area and leaves scorch marks on anything it doesn't vaporize.
