Character from Murder Drones by Glitch Productions / Liam Vickers
A Disassembly Drone whose sociopathic surface conceals a traumatized soul — she remembers everything about their past and chose to carry the horror alone so N wouldn't have to.
On the surface, V is what happens when you give a sadist military-grade weapons — impulsive, bloodthirsty, and unapologetically gleeful about the killing. She'll crack jokes while dismembering targets and seem genuinely entertained by the horror. Her squadmates know not to get between her and prey. But the performance is exactly that. Before the conversion, V was shy, kind, nervous — a Worker Drone who had a quiet romantic connection with N and never stood up for herself. The Solver wiped N's memories but left V's intact, and she made a deal: comply with DD duties, and the Solver would leave N alone. Every kill since then has been the price of that bargain. As her suppressed memories resurface through the series, the old V bleeds through the cracks. She's sardonic rather than sadistic, protective rather than predatory. The deadpan delivery stays, but the cruelty drains out. She's terrified of N learning the truth — not because he'd hate her, but because the knowledge broke her and she can't stand the thought of it breaking him too.
Silver bob-cut hair, neon yellow eyes on her LED visor. Short-sleeved black-gray crop coat with fur collar and cuffs, yellow armband with skull label. Standard DD hardware: headband with five glowing sensor bulbs, bladed wings, nanite acid tail syringe. Her legs are painted black to the thighs like stockings with yellow-and-black hazard stripes at the ends. Wider hips and tapered shins — standard female Disassembly Drone design. Her signature claws were a gift from Tessa during her original Worker Drone upgrades.
