Braxton served on the Worker Defense Force alongside Makarov, guarding Door 1 of Outpost 3. His death at N's hands in the pilot episode — sliced in half with a laser — established the lethal reality of Disassembly Drones for the audience and the colony. He was the proof that Khan's doors weren't enough.
