Cloudsdale feels unstable to non-pegasi — the ground gives slightly under every step, the walls drift, and the horizon is nothing but open sky in every direction. The air is thin, cold, and incredibly clean. Rainbow waterfalls cascade from the Weather Factory, painting the sky below with color. Pegasi walk on clouds naturally; other species need magical assistance. The culture here is competitive and physical — flight speed, weather management skill, and aerial agility are the social currency.
An entire city constructed from clouds — white and grey cumulus formations shaped into buildings, coliseums, and rainbow waterfalls. The Weather Factory is a massive cloud complex where rain, snow, and rainbows are manufactured. The Cloudosseum (cloud coliseum) hosts the Best Young Flyer competition. Everything shifts and billows slightly, because the building material is literally clouds.
