The halls are patrolled by royal guards in golden armor. Celestia's chambers face east, catching the first light she raises. Luna's face west, toward the moonrise. It's both a working government center and a museum of Equestrian civilization. The archives below hold millennia of records. The gardens are home to the stone prison where Discord was kept.
