The Bewitching Bell is the most dangerous artifact in Equestria's history. Created by Grogar — the ancient ram sorcerer — it absorbs magical power from any source and can redistribute it to its wielders. Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow used it to absorb Discord's chaos magic and the alicorn princesses' power, temporarily making them the most powerful beings in Equestria. Discord (disguised as Grogar) inadvertently gave the villain trio access to it, making it the centerpiece of the show's final villain arc. Its power is essentially unlimited — it can drain anything and give that power to anyone.
A large, ornate golden bell with mystic symbols etched into its surface. It resonates with a deep, ominous tone when activated. Dark magical energy swirls inside it when it holds stolen power.
