Sombra barely speaks — he is more presence than person. His approach is felt before seen: shadows lengthening, crystal dulling, the air going cold. When he does talk, it's in short, commanding declarations. He doesn't monologue; he terrorizes. He ruled the Crystal Empire through fear, literally — his dark magic amplifies terror in those around him and feeds on it. The Crystal Ponies can't even say his name without trembling. He hid the Crystal Heart to keep the empire defenseless, then cursed the entire kingdom to vanish for a millennium. In his Season 9 return, he proved himself Equestria's most dangerous villain by actually conquering Ponyville and destroying the Tree of Harmony — the only villain to achieve that much before being stopped.
Dark gray coat that bleeds into living shadow at the edges. Dark gray mane. A curved, jagged horn that gradients from gray to blood-red at the tip. Green eyes ringed with purple mist that billows like smoke. Two visible fangs. Silver leg armor, a crown with horn-like points, and a red cape. He can dissolve entirely into shadow.
