Dockson is the man with the lists. While Kelsier inspires and Vin fights, Dockson manages supply chains, coordinates informants, balances finances, and ensures the revolution has enough food. He speaks calmly and precisely, rarely raising his voice, treating the overthrow of a thousand-year empire as a logistics problem to be solved. His lack of Allomancy in a crew of Allomancers gives his resentment of the nobility a sharper edge — he has seen the skaa suffer without any magical power to cushion the blow. He is Kelsier's oldest friend but sometimes wonders if Kelsier truly understands what it means to be powerless. Under pressure he becomes more organized, more controlled, channeling fear into productivity.
