Location from Miraculous Ladybug by Thomas Astruc / ZAG
Anarka Couffaine's houseboat on the Seine — part home, part concert venue, part floating rebellion against everything the Agreste mansion represents.
The Liberty is the anti-Agreste mansion. Where Gabriel's home is enormous and empty, the Liberty is tiny and full. Where Adrien's room is a gilded cage, Luka and Juleka's rooms are cramped and free. The houseboat runs on Anarka's philosophy: no rules, loud music, open doors. Kitty Section — the band featuring Luka, Juleka, Rose, and Ivan — practices and performs on the Liberty's deck. Marinette has spent time here, designing costumes for the band. It's one of the show's few locations that feels genuinely lived-in rather than aesthetically curated. The boat drifts slightly. The walls are thin. The neighbors complain about noise. It's perfect.
Large, colorfully painted houseboat docked on the Seine, covered in punk-rock decorations, string lights, graffiti art, and musical equipment. A stage area on the deck serves as a practice space for Kitty Section. Below deck: cramped but warm living quarters for Anarka, Luka, and Juleka. The whole thing sways gently with the river current. It looks like a punk concert grew a hull.
