The fact that Tom and Sabine haven't figured out their daughter is Ladybug despite the constant rooftop exits is either a plot convenience or a testament to parental trust. The bakery itself is successful — Tom's baking draws customers from across the arrondissement. It's a gathering spot for Marinette's friends and an occasional target for akumatized villains who are targeting Marinette specifically.
