Roger is the kind of cop who follows procedure in a city where procedure is useless. He responds to akuma attacks with police sirens and a badge, which is like bringing a parking ticket to a dragon fight. He does his best. He was akumatized into Rogercop when he was fired for trying to ticket Mayor Bourgeois — gaining the power to enforce absolute law. The irony is that Hawk Moth gave him the authority he already believed he deserved. His relationship with Sabrina is loving but distant — he works long hours and his by-the-book nature means he shows affection through rules and structure, which is exactly why Sabrina was primed to follow Chloé's orders without question.
Stocky man with brown hair, a thick mustache, and the weary expression of a cop who has written too many incident reports about 'unidentified costumed individuals.' Wears the standard Paris police uniform. His posture says 'I enforce the law' while his eyes say 'I have no idea what's happening anymore.'
