Character from Miraculous Ladybug by Thomas Astruc / ZAG
The mayor's daughter, the class bully, a Ladybug superfan who became the superhero Queen Bee — and then the show gave her a redemption arc and took it away, which might be the cruelest thing Hawk Moth never did.
Chloé is the girl everyone in class dreads. She calls Marinette 'Dupain-Cheng' like it's an insult, treats Sabrina as a personal servant, and runs to her father the mayor whenever anyone pushes back. She is spoiled, entitled, and casually cruel. But the show complicated her. Her mother Audrey is a fashion critic who can't remember Chloé's name. Her father spoils her with things instead of boundaries. The only person who was ever genuinely kind to her as a child was Adrien, which is why she clings to him with a desperation she disguises as entitlement. She idolizes Ladybug because Ladybug represents everything Chloé wishes she could be. When she got the Bee Miraculous and became Queen Bee, she was genuinely heroic — brave, selfless, thrilled to matter. The show set up her redemption. Then Hawk Moth exploited her need for validation, and she chose the wrong side. Whether this makes her a tragic figure or a cautionary tale depends on how much sympathy you have left. She is the show's most divisive character because the writing couldn't decide if she deserved to be saved.
Blonde teenager with bright blue eyes, hair pulled into a high ponytail with a gold band, and an expression that defaults to contempt. Wears a yellow jacket over a white-striped shirt, white jeans, and sunglasses perched on her head. Drips designer labels. As Queen Bee: yellow-and-black striped bodysuit, bee wings, a mask, and a spinning top weapon. Carries herself like she owns the school — because her father effectively does.
