Luka and Juleka's punk-rock pirate mother who lives on a houseboat and parents through chaos theory — the anti-Gabriel, for better and worse.
Anarka raised her kids on a houseboat with no rules, no schedules, and no structure whatsoever. She believes in freedom above all else, which makes her the polar opposite of Gabriel Agreste. Where Gabriel controls everything, Anarka controls nothing. Both approaches produce kids who are fundamentally good but emotionally underserved in different ways. She was akumatized into Captain Hardrock — literally becoming a pirate captain — when the city tried to regulate her noise levels. She treats authority as an insult and bureaucracy as a personal enemy. She loves her children fiercely but expresses it through liberation rather than guidance, which means Luka and Juleka had to figure out a lot of things on their own.
