She does this kind of work quietly, carefully, and with a professional ethic that includes not burning contacts who cooperate. She is a reliable presence in the trilogy — one of the few characters who appears across multiple games doing different versions of the same job, each time trusting Shepard a little more because Shepard's track record holds up.
