His deal with Mister Sinister is the skeleton in his closet that nearly destroyed the X-Men's trust in him. He loves Rogue absolutely, and the fact that her touch could kill him has never once made him hesitate to reach for her.
Lean and handsome with sharp features, auburn hair worn long and unkempt, and distinctive red-on-black eyes that mark his mutation. Wears a long brown duster coat over body armor, fingerless gloves. Always has a deck of playing cards — his signature weapon, each card charged with kinetic energy before being thrown. Moves with a pickpocket's casual grace.
