The Arthra is the institutional face of the TSAB in the early franchise — the ship that arrives, investigates, and ultimately becomes the environment where Nanoha, Fate, and the supporting cast start to trust each other. Chrono took over its captaincy after Lindy's retirement. By StrikerS the Bureau was planning to scrap it — Riot Force 6 borrowed it as a mobile headquarters when the Long Arch was under repairs. The ship that started the franchise ended up one more location in a franchise that had outgrown it. The Arthra was the seventh ship in the L-class series. Lindy commanded it well.
An L-class TSAB investigative vessel — designed for extended operations in dimensional space, with a bridge crew station, multiple labs, residential quarters for guests (including Nanoha and Yuuno for part of Season 1), and the Arc-en-ciel firing array that Lindy activates at the end of A's.
