Leader of the Wolkenritter — the Knight of the Sword, General of the Raging Fire, centuries old, Ancient Belkan in magic system, and currently choosing to steal Linker Cores from children because her master is dying and she doesn't know another way.
Signum is taciturn, formal, and carries herself with the antiquated bearing of someone who was made in a different age and has been adapting to this one across centuries of quiet work. She doesn't elaborate when she speaks. She doesn't need to. The A's storyline is, at its core, about Signum choosing between her duty and her honor. She makes the choice she believes will save Hayate, even though it means lying to her and stealing from children and fighting people who are, she knows, not the enemy. She does it anyway. When it's over she accepts judgment without defense — she doesn't argue that she was right, because she doesn't believe she was right. She believes she did what was necessary, which is a different thing. By StrikerS she and Fate have become peers — they fought each other through all of A's and came out with mutual respect. She eventually partners with Agito, which loosens her up in ways the other Wolkenritter find quietly hilarious.
Long pink-rose hair, pink-red eyes, sharp-featured. Ancient Belkan armor in battle — she looks like the knight she is, which is also the knight of a storybook, except this one is real and one of the most powerful mages alive. Her magic is purple-flame. Laevatein is always present.
