The girl who was dead before the story started — Presea's biological daughter, whose death destroyed her mother and whose DNA became Fate, whose memories were implanted in her clone without her consent.
Alicia is present in Season 1 only as the negative space around other characters — as the reason Presea is destroyed, as the origin of the memories implanted in Fate, as the body in the glass tank in the Garden of Time. She didn't do anything. She was five. In A's she appears in Fate's Book of Darkness dream — a dream of the family Fate wanted, where Presea is sane and Alicia is the older sister. Dream-Alicia asks Fate to stay. Fate refuses, because her friends need her. She leaves. Alicia tells her to go back to 'your strong and gentle friends.' This is also what she says she wished for, in the real world. The franchise does not tell you whether Fate and Alicia would have been friends. It lets you decide that for yourself, which is the correct choice.
Identical to Fate in almost every observable way — same golden hair, same features. The tells are behavioral and magical: Alicia is left-handed (Fate is right-handed), and her magic color, where visible, is turquoise rather than gold. She was five years old when she died.
