The city functions as both a sovereign territory and a strategic position from which Indris wages climate warfare against the Havath Dominion. Its location, between the Endless Erg and Havath's western borders, makes it a critical buffer zone in the ongoing cold war between empires and their opponents.
A city adapted to its draconic ruler — broad avenues wide enough for a dragon's wingspan, elevated platforms for aerial arrivals, and architecture that blends human habitation with structures scaled for a being the size of a large building. Wind and sand from the nearby desert swirl through the streets, controlled by Indris's ambient influence.
