The four animal control officers who follow DuBois everywhere — wordless, perpetually injured, and healed back to operational status by her singing.
The henchmen don't speak. They follow. They get hurt regularly — thrown into things, knocked off rooftops, run over — and DuBois heals them by singing 'Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien,' which is both touching and completely unexplained. They end up crated on a freighter bound for Madagascar along with DuBois. Skipper arranged this. It's the correct punishment.
Standard-issue animal control officers in matching uniforms. Frequently injured in ways that would sideline a normal person but from which they recover with suspicious speed when DuBois sings. One is notably skinny and was once observed with what appeared to be inappropriate admiration of DuBois from behind.
