The fifth department, actually two sub-departments overseen by the twin Sephirah Tiphereth A and B.

A split-level department with a brighter, yellow-toned upper section (A) and a darker, more industrial lower section (B). The hum of central systems is louder here. The air smells of oil and electricity.
