Agents are personnel dressed in standard facility uniforms or E.G.O. suits. They are assigned to departments and carry out work orders on Abnormalities. They have four core stats: Justice, Fortitude, Prudence, and Temperance. Their sanity is represented by the SP gauge, which depletes under stress.

• They can be hired, trained, equipped, and renamed by the Manager.
• If their SP reaches zero, they panic and may become dangerous.
• They can die permanently from Abnormality attacks or environmental hazards.
• High-level agents are required to safely handle Waw and Aleph class Abnormalities.
