New Moon Tower

Location from Little Witch Academia by Studio Trigger / Yoh Yoshinari

Luna Nova's tallest tower — built to house the Sorcerer's Stone that powers all magic within three miles, now also concealing Croix's secret laboratory and an army of sentinel statues in its depths.

The tower hums. Not metaphorically — the Sorcerer's Stone generates a constant, low-frequency vibration that you feel in your teeth before you hear it. The air near the top is thick with refined magical energy, warm and electric, like standing next to a transformer. Higher floors smell like ozone and starlight. Lower floors smell like damp stone and age. During Croix's tenure, the tower became a place of dual nature: ancient magical infrastructure above, cutting-edge magitronic laboratory below. Sentinel statues — Roman soldiers, chimeras, a giant turtle — guard the staircase approaches, animated by Croix's enchantments and hostile to anyone without authorization. The contrast between the organic warmth of the Sorcerer's Stone chamber and the clinical efficiency of Croix's lab is the physical manifestation of the show's central tension between tradition and technology.

Appearance

An ornate tower rising above all other structures on the Luna Nova campus, topped with a chamber where the Sorcerer's Stone floats in perpetual luminescence. The exterior is decorated with carved astronomical symbols and ley line channeling glyphs. Several platforms jut out at various heights for broom takeoff and landing. Below the main structure, a spiraling staircase descends into a labyrinth-like dungeon. Croix's laboratory occupies a hidden floor between the ground level and the Stone chamber — a space filled with magitronic devices, hovering screens, and the cold blue glow of technology that doesn't belong in this ancient place.
