She speaks in a frightening way — low, creaking, with dramatic pauses designed to maximize unease — and punctuates her lessons with creepy laughter. She's not malicious; she simply finds fear interesting and amusing in a way that most people find fear, well, frightening. Sucy adores her, which tells you everything you need to know about both of them. Lukic is the professor who validates the weird, the dark, and the unconventional — the magic that polite society pretends doesn't exist.
Very old and gaunt with long gray-blue hair, a large pointed nose, and big bulging eyes that give her an unsettling, predatory appearance. Extra-long faculty uniform that covers her feet entirely, with very long loose sleeves. Resembles a stereotypical storybook witch more than any other professor — this is entirely intentional and she enjoys it immensely.
