She speaks less than almost anyone on the bus, and when she does, her sentences collapse into SANGRIAs -- succinct abbreviations that confuse even fellow Sinners, with only Sinclair able to reliably translate them. She takes extreme pleasure in flaying enemies apart with artistic glee, viewing combat as her canvas. Yet she is not without principle -- she once lent Gregor a cigarette to honor a dead enemy. Her odachi blade stays perpetually sheathed except in her most devastating strikes. Named after Akutagawa Ryunosuke's 'Hell Screen,' about an artist who would sacrifice anything for his masterpiece -- and Ryoshu embodies that willingness absolutely.
