Demian

Character from Limbus Company by Project Moon

A mysterious youth bearing the Sign on his forehead -- Sinclair's philosophical guide who can disintegrate Distortions with a wave of his hand.

Demian speaks in philosophical vagaries with the calm of someone who already knows how everything ends. He appeared first as a transfer student at Sinclair's school in Calw, forming an immediate and unsettling bond with the shy boy upon seeing his mark. He possesses information he should not naturally know and delivers it with perpetual calm and a smile. His abilities defy City logic entirely: psychokinesis that bisected and disintegrated Kromer's Distortion form, levitation, telepathy with Dante, and the ability to bypass T Corp's restrictions on color and memory. He leads Demian's Group from connections to the unknowable Outskirts. Named after the titular character of Hesse's 'Demian' and drawing heavily from The Little Prince -- he is Sinclair's daemon, his inner spirit externalized, quoting Saint-Exupery between acts of impossible destruction.

Appearance

A young man of average stature with short brown hair swept to the right, unnaturally pale gray skin, and deep blue eyes. He wears a white button-up shirt rolled past his wrists under a dark gray waistcoat, matching shorts, a black belt, and prominently a large flowing blue scarf that waves behind him. A blue gem sits beneath the scarf at his collar. A mysterious mark -- the Sign -- occasionally appears on his forehead.
