Location from Lilo & Stitch by Disney
The Galactic Federation's military-industrial complex — where Jumba once worked, Stitch was condemned, and galactic law is enforced with the bureaucratic efficiency of a DMV that controls warships.
Galaxy Defense Industries is where the franchise's alien politics play out. Jumba was tried and convicted here. Stitch was sentenced to exile here. Gantu received and lost his commission here. Hamsterviel was imprisoned (and escaped from) here. The Federation operates with a mix of genuine authority and bureaucratic comedy. They can deploy warships to any star system in hours, but it takes them an entire film to realize that a six-year-old girl solved their Experiment 626 problem by teaching it to love. Their inefficiency is part of the joke — and part of the point.
Massive orbital space station with sweeping curves, crystalline viewing chambers, and the cold aesthetic of a civilization that solved faster-than-light travel but not office politics. The council chamber is a circular amphitheater with tiered seating, where the Grand Councilwoman presides from an elevated platform. Everything is polished metal and soft blue lighting.
