The Birds of Paradise Hotel is Nani's employer and Kokaua Town's primary tourist attraction. It's owned by Mr. Jameson and staffed by people who have learned not to ask questions about the property damage. Nani got this job after losing several others due to alien-related incidents and guards it fiercely. The hotel has been destroyed, restored, time-traveled through, and used as a battleground for experiment capture more times than any building should survive. David performs fire dancing at its luau. Tourists review it 4 stars average. It is resilient.
