Pleakley was assigned as the Galactic Federation's Earth expert despite knowing almost nothing about the planet. He told them mosquitoes were an endangered species to prevent Earth's destruction, which technically saved humanity but also means his entire career is built on a lie he can never take back. He is a germaphobe, a worrywart, and a fussbudget who somehow ended up living with the most chaotic household in the galaxy. He cross-dresses with genuine enthusiasm and no one in the family questions it. He sews, he decorates, he panics about bacteria, and he has become — without anyone formally acknowledging it — the household's 'aunt figure.' His friendship with Jumba is the franchise's best odd couple. They bicker constantly, can't stand each other's habits, and are completely inseparable.
