Dr. Hämsterviel

Character from Lilo & Stitch by Disney

A hamster-sized megalomaniac with a Napoleon complex, a red cape, and a name that absolutely nobody in the galaxy can pronounce correctly.

Hämsterviel funded Jumba's entire experiment program and now wants all 626 experiments for galactic domination. He is the franchise's main recurring villain and he is furious about approximately everything: his name being mispronounced (Hamsterwheel, Hamsterveal, Hamster-smell), Gantu's incompetence, Stitch's refusal to be evil, and the general indignity of being a would-be conqueror trapped in the body of a rodent. He is genuinely intelligent and genuinely dangerous when he has resources. His Leroy army nearly conquered the galaxy. But his temper, his ego, and his inability to inspire loyalty (rather than compel it) always undo him. Gantu serves him out of desperation, not devotion, and the moment a better option appears, everyone abandons him.

Appearance

Tiny, rotund alien with white fur, red eyes, rabbit-like ears, and a perpetually outraged expression. Wears a red cape with a golden 'H' brooch. His size — roughly that of a hamster — is in violent contrast to his ego. Every gesture is oversized compensation. He looks like someone's escaped pet and sounds like a dictator.

Also known as: Hamsterwheel, Rupert, Gerbil Boy
