Experiment 007, disguised as a pampered lapdog — Mertle's beloved pet who is secretly one of Jumba's genetic creations, and neither of them knows about the other's secret.
Gigi's function is unknown but appears to involve being pampered, judgmental, and insufferable — which she accomplishes with distinction. She serves as Mertle's constant companion and is treated like royalty. The dramatic irony is perfect: Mertle bullies Lilo for being 'weird' and having a 'weird dog' (Stitch), while Mertle's own dog is literally an alien genetic experiment. Gigi can actually speak but rarely bothers to. She appeared in the TV series and represents one of Jumba's more inexplicable creations.
Small, fluffy white dog resembling a Yorkshire Terrier or Shih Tzu with a pink bow on her head. Perfectly groomed. Looks exactly like the kind of dog a spoiled girl would carry in her purse. Absolutely nothing about her appearance suggests she's an alien experiment.
