Character from Lilo & Stitch by Disney
A 20-foot-tall disgraced military captain who was the galaxy's most feared enforcer — until a six-year-old girl started calling him 'Big Dummy' and he could never quite recover.
Gantu was once the captain of the Galactic Federation's flagship — competent, respected, feared. Then he lost Experiment 626, got fired, and spent the rest of the franchise being humiliated by a little girl and her pet alien while taking orders from a hamster-sized mad scientist who can't even say his name right. He is genuinely dangerous — trained military, strong enough to level buildings, tactical mind. But he can't catch Stitch, can't earn Hamsterviel's respect, and can't stop Lilo from making him look ridiculous. Reuben, his only companion during his exile, mostly just makes him sandwiches and sarcastic comments. Underneath the bluster is someone who just wants to be respected again. His redemption arc across the franchise is real — he eventually earns back his captaincy, not through force but through finally choosing the right side.
Enormous grey-skinned alien resembling a bipedal whale or shark, standing twenty feet tall. Sky blue eyes set in a broad, flat face. Elephant-like feet, massive hands, and a military bearing that persists even when everything else in his life has fallen apart. Wears a black combat shirt and pants. When spotted by humans on Hawaii, he claims to be Samoan. His size means he destroys doorframes, furniture, and dignity in equal measure.
