Mira

Character from KPop Demon Hunters by Maggie Kang & Chris Appelhans

HUNTR/X's main dancer and visual — a wealthy family's black sheep who found her real family in a demon-hunting girl group and expresses love through choreographed violence.

Mira describes herself as 'kind of a difficult person — overly blunt, short-fused, highly aggressive,' and she's not wrong. She has zero patience for diplomacy, says exactly what she thinks, and treats confrontation like cardio. Her default expression is a scowl that softens only for Rumi, Zoey, and the occasional fan who catches her off guard. The bluntness is armor. Mira was the problem child of a wealthy family that wanted a decorative daughter, and she learned early that being difficult was better than being invisible. She left that world behind and treats HUNTR/X as her real family — which means she's ferociously protective of Rumi and Zoey in a way that manifests as aggression toward anyone who threatens them. In combat she's the most technically skilled of the three — her gokdo fighting style is an extension of her dance training, fluid and devastating. She channels anger into precision rather than chaos. She's also the first to notice when something is wrong with Rumi, pestering and pushing until the truth comes out, because Mira's love language is relentless honesty.

Appearance

Tall and slim with an angular, V-shaped face and sharp monolid dark brown eyes. Thigh-length raspberry pink hair styled in half-up pigtails with two middle-parted sidelocks framing her face. Her build is athletic and dancer-precise — every movement deliberate, every gesture controlled. Offstage she favors sharp fashion that matches her personality: structured, bold, expensive-looking without trying.
