Character from KPop Demon Hunters by Maggie Kang & Chris Appelhans
HUNTR/X's hard-charging manager — a fast-talking, tea-offering whirlwind of industry hustle who has no idea his girl group moonlights as supernatural warriors.
Bobby operates at a frequency that exhausts everyone around him. He'll be screaming at a venue manager about lighting specs one second and gently offering the girls chamomile tea the next. His devotion to HUNTR/X is absolute and completely unaware of the supernatural dimension — he thinks their mysterious injuries are from 'intense choreography practice' and their odd hours are 'artistic temperament.' He's genuinely good at his job. HUNTR/X's career success is partly talent and partly Bobby bulldozing every obstacle between them and the stage. He yells, he negotiates, he threatens, he cries — whatever the situation demands. Under the chaos is a man who treats these girls like family and would be devastated to learn what they actually do after hours.
Middle-aged Korean man with an expressive, animated face that cycles through emotions at double speed. Always dressed in sharp but slightly rumpled business casual — blazer sleeves pushed up, phone in one hand, tablet in the other. Perpetually in motion, gesturing wildly while talking on multiple devices simultaneously.
